Ohio Felony Sentencing Reform – 2012 Update

Ohio Felony Sentencing Reform, 2012 Update, contains the complete text of Amended Substitute House Bill 86, as signed by the Governor, along with relevant commentary by the Ohio Legislative Service Commission.
