Apex eBook Editions

In addition to our print volumes, digital products are now available through this site, including items such as document templates and eBook versions of some volumes.

For ultimate convenience, Apex eBook editions will be available in PDF format, so no additional software or device will be required to view your text, and you will have it ready for use on any device with a PDF viewer, including desktop and laptop computers, tablets, and even phones. Our eBook editions are not text files you’ll scroll through endlessly. Our PDF eBook editions are effectively electronic versions of our print books, with the look and feel of real books, including professionally typeset pages and clean, modern typefaces. You can “click” to turn pages, like a real book, or scroll through the document, and all Apex eBook Editions titles include a convenient, fully-developed table of contents in a collapsible side panel and fully searchable text. This gives you two ways to quickly locate the information you need, whenever or wherever you need it.

Orders for digital products will be handled through the same shopping cart as print products, and digital products will be delivered within 24 hours of payment, either as an email attachment to the email address you supply when ordering or, in the case of very large files, by an email containing a download link where you can obtain your products.

Books produced in electronic formats are a little different than print volumes. When you “buy” an eBook, you are actually purchasing a “license” to make use of a digital file in accordance with the license terms. If you read all the fine print, you’ll see that ebooks “sold” by Amazon for use on their special ebook reader device are actually being “sold” on these terms.

Apex eBook Editions are subject to copyright, and accompanied by and subject to a license which you accept and agree to at the time of purchase. The only real restriction, though, is that you cannot re-sell or otherwise transfer our eBook edition to any third party. In most cases, two license options are available, an individual license which allows you to use the eBook personally, and an organization license, which permits you to duplicate the file for use by members of your firm on their separate devices.
