What personal data we collect and why we collect it


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. We DO NOT collect or store any financial information on or through this site. Apex Legal Publishing uses PayPal, the world’s most experienced online payment processor. The design of this site and the use of such a third-party payment processor means that all transactions involving entering financial information for the purpose of making purchases take place entirely on PayPal’s secure servers. Apex Legal Publishing never even sees your financial information.
